Cinnamon, one of the oldest spices in the world, comes from the inner bark of the Cinnamomum verum tree, which is peeled off the shrub during the rainy season and then dried. The bark then curls up to form sticks.

Our cinnamon is fair trade and comes from smallholder farmers’ associations in Sri Lanka.
