Biona Organic White Spelt Spinach Tagliatelle contains spelt, a nutritious grain with a smooth texture and delicate nutty taste. Spelt is one of the oldest cultivated grains and is high in fibre, with a higher content of protein and vitamins than wheat. Although not gluten free, spelt can be tolerated by some people with wheat allergies.
