The Collagen by Sky Premium Life® is a complete food supplement, specially designed for strong hair and nails, and glowing skin and to support the normal condition of the connecting tissue in the body. In addition to collagen, it also contains hyaluronic acid, B-complex vitamins (Β1, Β2, Β5, Β6 and Biotin), vitamin C and minerals such as zinc and copper.

Dosage

20ml (1,5 tablespoon) daily, preferably before bedtime or as directed by a healthcare professional. It can be consumed as is, or diluted in half a glass of water or juice. Shake the bottle well before each use. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
