From Callebaut`s Select series: well-balanced bitter notes of cocoa. They are reminiscent of small chocolate drops and are ideal if only a small part of the chocolate is to be melted, as they can be optimally portioned. When melted, the 70-30-38 is rather viscous, but ideal for flavoring.
