Moringa brings the right content of proteins and other nutrients such as to make it an excellent complement for the diet of vegetarians and vegans: it contains 9 essential amino acids, 27 vitamins, 46 antioxidants and various minerals, and is therefore useful in case of reduced intake with diet or increased organic requirements for these nutrients.Its properties are mainly linked to the presence of some substances called glucosinolates, linked to the control of lipids and the lipid profile, therefore to weight control.It is a valid aid in case of deficiency of vitamins and minerals, malnutrition, it is useful for the normal functionality of the blood circulation, and promotes healthy digestion.In Moringa there is the whole group of B vitamins that regulate the different metabolisms of lipids, carbohydrates and proteins.
