What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

The sea buckthorn plant originates in the Himalayas. Relatively few plant species are good sources of essential fatty acids, but this oil provides polyunsaturated Omega 7 fatty acids, as well as Omega 3 (alpha linolenic acid), Omega 6 (linoleic acid) and Omega 9 (oleic acid).
Alpha-Linolenic Acid (ALA) contributes to the maintenance of normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2g of ALA.
