What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

These capsules combine fish, flaxseed oil and starflower oil to help obtain sufficient quantities of essential fatty acids in a contaminant free, pure form.

Essential fatty acids are considered ‘essential’ as they cannot be made by the body and must be consumed within the diet. The government recommends eating two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily fish. However, this can be difficult for some and therefore taking a supplement can be extremely beneficial.
Ingredients

Starflower Oil, Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine), Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) Soya Bean Oil, Antioxidant (Mixed Tocopherols).

How to Use

Take two soft gel capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
