Mango Parfait

A huge Mango Parfait Jar for breakfast is all you need this summer. 

Ingredients:

Granola 
4 tbsp of honey or maple syrup 
400 ml of milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
85 g chia seeds
1 mango

Instructions:

Mix the chia seeds, milk, vanilla extract, and honey in a bowl until well combined.

Let sit for 5 minutes, then give it another mix before placing it in the fridge for 1 hour.

Blend the mango to create a puree.

Remove the bowl from the fridge and assemble the jars.

Start with the granola, then add the chia pudding, and finish with the mango puree.

Serve with fresh fruit, nuts, coconut flakes or chewy banana coins.
