Satisfy your chocolate craving this summer with this Double Chocolate Chia Pudding.
Ingredients:
4 tbsp of cocoa powder
4 tbsp of honey or maple syrup
2 tbsp of dairy-free chocolate buttons
1 tsp vanilla extract
400 g of full-fat coconut milk
85 g chia seeds
Instructions
Mix the chia seeds, coconut milk, vanilla extract, cocoa powder, and honey in a bowl until well combined.
Let sit for 5 minutes, then give it another mix before placing it in the fridge for 1 hour.
Remove from the fridge and mix in the dark chocolate buttons.
Serve with fresh fruit, fresh jam, nuts, coconut flakes, or more chocolate.
