A Healthy chocolate Fix – Super-chocolate truffles
Ingredients:
(6-8 truffles)
- ½ cup Oats
- 1 cup dates pitted
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- ½ cup ground almonds
- ⅛ cup chia seeds(Optional)
- ¼ cup raw cacao powder
- ¼ cup, plus an extra 2tbsp, shredded unsweetened coconut
- 1tbsp Agave
- 1tbsp peanut butter
- 1/8 cup water
METHOD
- Add Oats, pitted dates, melted coconut oil, and water to a food processor.
- Add cacao powder, peanut butter, Ground almonds, shredded coconut and blend again to combine.
- Scoop out 1-Tbsp amounts of the mixture to roll into balls between the palms of your hands.
- Roll to cover with shredded coconut.
- Place into refrigerator.
- Serve !
