A Healthy chocolate Fix – Super-chocolate truffles

Ingredients:

(6-8 truffles)

 

METHOD

  1. Add Oats,  pitted dates, melted coconut oil, and water to a food processor.
  2. Add cacao powder, peanut butter, Ground almonds, shredded coconut and blend again to combine.
  3. Scoop out 1-Tbsp amounts of the mixture to roll into balls between the palms of your hands.
  4. Roll to cover with shredded coconut.
  5. Place into refrigerator.
  6. Serve !
