Take 6-10 tablets daily with water, taken all at once or divided into 2-3 doses. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Ideally, the tablets should be taken with water 30 minutes before a meal. For the first week, it is recommended to take a smaller dose (3 tablets per day) to minimize as much as possible the symptoms of detoxification that may occur.
