Directions:
For a foot soak dissolve 150g of Magnesium Flakes (one mug) in warm water, immerse your feet and relax for 20 minutes or longer if desired.
For a bath soak dissolve 250g of Magnesium Flakes (two mugs) in a warm bath and relax for 20 minutes or longer to gain full body relaxation.
It is advised that 2-3 magnesium rich baths are taken per week. Increase frequency as required.
Magnesium Flakes are 100% natural and are suitable for those who are on vegan, vegetarian and coeliac diets.
Suitable for any age and during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

I thank the sales girls in Valletta shop, they are really helpful and dedicated. I asked to by salts for bath, and immediately I was asked what for I need them. I explained that I have pain in my body muscles and muscle tension, so she immediately served me with this amazing magical magnesium salt… after 4 baths, I had full rotation of neck and muscles were really released from tension.
