Mix the following in a bowl:
1kg Rolled oats
1 Cup sunflower seeds
1 Cup linseed
Blend in a blender:
2 Ripe bananas
400g dates (softened in 1 cup hot water)
- Stir both mixtures together.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet.
- Bake at 120 degrees for 1 hour and 30 minutes, stirring every 30 minutes until the mixture is dry.
- Serve with soy milk, or rice milk, add raisins or fruit and enjoy!
